Cancellation

Since this website only accepts enquiries (not online payments), orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. Simply call or WhatsApp us with your enquiry details to cancel.

Order Modifications

You may add, remove or change items in your order any time before it is dispatched, by contacting our team directly.

Refunds

As payments are made directly via bank transfer after order confirmation (not through this website), refunds for cancelled or undelivered orders will be processed back to the original payment account within 5-7 business days of approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, fireworks that have left our facility cannot be returned once accepted in good condition, except in the case of a verified damaged or incorrect shipment.
